The Bugatti Divo marked yet another milestone for the legendary car manufacturer, and Saint Elmo’s was entrusted as the lead agency to craft the digital staging of this strictly limited supercar.
Engaging animations

The car’s namesake, Albert Divo, achieved great victories for Bugatti in the golden 1920s on the “Targa Florio,” a breathtaking race through Sicily’s mountainous roads. To bring this curvaceous tradition to life, users were invited to experience a segment of the legendary track as a digital, interactive interface. Along the route, interactive hotspots offered access to immersive content—each element carefully crafted with programmatic SVG animations.

Social Media

The excitement leading up to the live-streamed launch event was amplified through social media communication. Over 18 million fans eagerly anticipated every post on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Few brands worldwide can achieve such organic reach and engagement, making this campaign a true delight for our social media managers.

Development

At Bugatti, “form follows performance.” We extended this principle to web technology: flawless code, fast load times, and optimal rendering across all responsive states. To ensure lightning-fast delivery even in the most remote corners of the world, a content delivery network distributed assets across global server locations. We take pride in claiming that this web special sets a benchmark in automotive digital performance – one we’ve yet to see surpassed.

Additional milestones

As the agency managing Bugatti’s web ecosystem, we’ve had the privilege of digitally presenting many other automotive milestones. These include the recently unveiled Bugatti Centodieci and the extraordinary one-off “La Voiture Noire.” And we’ll never forget the record-breaking run that shattered the 300-mph barrier (482.80 km/h). These moments continue to inspire our dedication to excellence in digital storytelling.
